My name is Tony Brown and I am a registered shiatsu practitioner. I graduated from the Brighton Shiatsu College in 2008 and started Worthing Shiatsu soon after.
Before that I worked in the IT industry for several large companies. My last company was taken over, reorganised constantly and eventually closed. Life at that time was awful. If I hadn’t been training in shiatsu I don’t know how I would have coped.
It is not surprising that I now have a particular interest in stress. And helping others to improve their quality of life, relationships and health.
My Wife has suffered neck and back problems as a result of an accident many years ago. She was the one who discovered shiatsu first. It impressed her so much I had to learn more. It is from her experiences that I have developed my other interest in pain management.
What I love about shiatsu is the simplicity of the treatment. There is no fuss with oils and getting undressed. No needles, electronic devices or machines.
Just a pair of hands, intuition and honesty.
