Roundstone Garden Centre and Sparks

sparksroundstoneOn Saturday 21st November and Sunday 22nd November I will be supporting the Sparks children’s charity.

They are holding a fund-raising event at the Haskins Roundstone garden centre in Worthing.

I will be there with my massage chair giving neck and shoulder treatments for a donation to the charity.  I will also be offering a full 60 minute treatment as a raffle prize.

What is Sparks?

Sparks is the children’s medical research charity. Our sole remit is to fund research across the whole spectrum of paediatric medicine.  Our goal is for all babies to be born healthy and stay healthy.

Every day 70 babies are born in the UK with a life-threatening condition or an illness that will affect them and their families for life.  Sparks aims to reduce this statistic so all children have the chance of a healthy future.

Imagine being told that your child has cancer, imagine your child having damaged lungs or imagine your child facing life in a wheelchair. Imagine the difference you can make by supporting Sparks.

Together we can make a real difference to the lives of sick babies and children.

Over £400 raised by this event. I did a lot of chair shiatsu and gave a full treatment as a raffle prize.

Keith Colin of BeesKnees photography did some great pet photography. And I really enjoyed playing with the dogs whilst their owners chose their favourite shot.

A really enjoyable weekend and a worthwhile cause.
